- An additional fee of NT$500/car apply to following locations: Beimen District, Qigu District, High-Speed Rail Tainan Station, and Chimei Museum; please contact customer service for the fees of remote suburb locations
．Please contact local agency before 8:00pm 1 day prior to departure to confirm the itinerary and driver’s contact info. Please make sure that you are reachable as refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to incorrect or incomplete contact info
．According to Taiwanese law, children under age 4 are required car seats, children ages 4 - 12 are recommended to use a booster car seat, please provide the birthdate, height, and weight of your child in the 'Notes' section. Please note that all car seats require an additional NT$300, to be paid on-site
．Please note pets are not allowed while boarding the vehicle
・Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window or littering
・Sickness bag is available, please ask for it from the driver when needed
・Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee
・For travelers who plan to bring personal luggage, please provide the size and number of luggage in the ‘Notes’ section when booking・For travelers departing from the airport or high-speed railway station, the service time will start after 70 mins of your flight’s landing; if designated pick-up time is provided, the service time will start from the designated pick-up time; please wait at Kaohsiung Airport (KHH) International Terminal (Exit 7) for airport pick-up; please note that pick-up time cannot be changed on the selected date, waiting time for traveler’s late arrival is included in the service time, an additional fee of NT$30/hr applies to exceeding grace period of 15 mins

・During Chinese New Year (2020/1/24-1/29), travelers who cancel the booking within 7 days before the day of car rental will not be provided with refunds
・On Chinese New Year’s Day (1/25) and New Year’s Eve (1/24), the car should be returned before 6:00pm
